Contact and Installation
The use of elegune contributes to a scientific project which needs to collect a large volume of navigation data from users with disabilities. The objective is to develop a supervisor program which detects how is the user navigating and shows content adapted to her special needs. Therefore, we offer the installation of a prototype with the whole elegune functionality in environments with users with some degree of disability or difficulty in using online social networks, in exchange for the use of anonymized user data. These data are anonymized to protect the privacy of the network users.
Given the interest of the University of the Basque Country in acquiring usage data to carry out research activities which will contribute to improving future interactions, until December 2015, as a limited offer, the installation, basic customization and maintenance of the prototype network (worth 600 euros) is offered for free. Moreover, as an added value, periodic reports of usage and activity of the platform will be generated and provided to you, letting you know how it is being used, giving you the opportunity to detect which users are isolated, etc.
Request for information and/or temporary access to a network prototype
You can request a elegune network installation for your institution, or access to a test website in order to analyze its functionality (we will provide you with several user accounts for a limited time testing procedure).
